We're essentially cleaning out the closet of your mind but instead of organizing clothes and shoes, I'll be showing you how to organize your thoughts and what you're juggling in your day-to-day by getting them out of your mind and down on paper. This can create space for pursuing career goals and hobbies as well as developing self-reflective and time management skills.
